After the successful track test I have moved on to cutting and shapping the bodywork for the lower section of the tank. All of the metal on this project has been recycled, backs of old washing machines, scrap metal signs, etc. This next stage, building the bodywork might take a while as I will need to continue to look for scrap metal as I build it. I have a great deal of of cuts of aluminium but unfortunately no way to weld it, I suppose I could glue it. I should have enough sheel sheet to build the lower section. The idea is to cut and bend the sheet until I get roughly the tank shape I need. All the detailing like armour pannels will be added later.
